CIVIL AVIATION AIRCRAFT POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM LABORATORY
CIVIL AVIATION AIRCRAFT POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM LABORATORY

The laboratory is a comprehensive power distribution laboratory that is built on the basis of B737NG and B787 models in the physical loop from airplane power grid to load, enabling researchers to have a deep understanding of professional contents such as airplane power distribution form, circuit protection form and load characteristics.

The first part is the traditional power distribution system, which realizes the construction of the power distribution laboratory for the line protection of the traditional electromechanical mode and the centralized power distribution mode, including the power distribution theory and engineering simulation of domestic mainstream Boeing/Airbus aircraft. The static converter is used to achieve 115V/400Hz AC power supply for the aircraft. Using 28V DC power supply to achieve TRU DC power supply; Electromechanical jumper is used to realize the centralized layout of jumper panel. The rated resistance, tripping resistance and motor load are used to simulate the aircraft load.

The second part is the automatic distribution system, which realizes the protection of solid-state automatic distribution line for the new generation of aircraft power distribution mode and the construction of distribution laboratory for distributed distribution mode. The core components of the system include automatic distribution processor, remote power distribution module (RPDU) and SSPC. By adopting distributed distribution technology and load automatic management technology, the theoretical research and engineering simulation of power distribution for B787 and A380 and other mainstream aircraft are well realized.
